Elsie is a sweet little girl that meows when you pick her up and nuzzles under your neck. She loves spending time with her new brother Tippy and can often be found snuggled up with him in the cat tree. She likes to wander around the house and explore her surroundings. She doesn't like to be alone. Given her personality, we believe she would do well with other cats, older children, and cat-friendly dogs if allowed time for an introduction. The adoption fee includes her spay surgery, microchip, and vaccinations.
